The futuristic design of the NewLogic III was created by architect Hung Tran of Habeon Architecten. During completion of the DC in Doctor Paul Janssenweg, DOKVAST is supported by principle contractor Heembouw from Roelofarendsveen and installation consultant Quadrant4. Raimond Weenink Bedrijfsmakelaardij is the acting real estate agent.

High BREEAM score

NewLogic III has a total surface area of approximately 60,400 m², comprising approximately 40,000 m² warehouse, 3,400 m² office and 17,000 m² VAL (Value Added Logistics) space, extendible by a further 15,000 m² VAL. The building is characterised by a flexible compartmentalization layout, high floor loading, 45 dock doors and extension options for the mezzanine floors. Rhenus and DOKVAST aim to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ score for both design and completion. Among others, use will be made of sustainable materials, auto-dimming LED lighting, triple-pane insulating glass, additional insulation in walls and roofs combined with the use of a heat pump. DOKVAST is also installing a Building Dashboard app to optimise the efficiency of the building.
